Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Blissful Births (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing exceptional services. We understand that there may be circumstances in which a refund is requested. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be considered.

2. Membership Fee

2.1. Monthly Membership Fee: The monthly membership fee paid by Doulas for listing on the Blissful Births platform is non-refundable once it has been charged. Refunds will not be provided for partial monthly usage.

3. Circumstances for Refunds

3.1. Technical Errors: If a technical error on our part results in an overcharge, we will issue a refund for the overcharged amount upon verification.

4. Requesting a Refund

4.1. Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Date of payment
  • Description of the issue

4.2. Refund Processing: We will review your request and, if it meets the eligibility criteria, process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. Once a refund is process it can take upto 10 (ten) business days to be seen in your account.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

5.1. Dispute Resolution: We encourage you to contact us to resolve any issues before filing a dispute with your credit card company or payment provider. We will make every effort to address your concerns promptly.

5.2. Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us and attempting to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to terminate your membership on the Blissful Births platform.

6.1. Policy Updates: We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. You will be notified of any changes to our refund policy via email. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
